Fishing MONSTER Yellow Fin Tuna! | Live Big Show #18
Iris and Zach’s bookkeeper, Monika invites them to go out on a fishing charter with her neighbor, Robert. They board the Camelot for a 4 hour tour. The Captain is hilarious! His crew member Lael is a talented angler and lure maker and gives us the run down on proper technique. Beautiful perfect day with birds and pilot whales and turtles galore. We catch some nice size Akus, which is a smaller kind of Ahi prized for its blood red meat, often prepared as sashimi or poke and also dried. And then Monika’s friend, Kassia, hooked into a monster. After 60 minutes of battle she successfully lands a 120 lb yellow fin tuna. Smiles all around. Great day and huge chunks of fish to take home.

Short compilation of footage from the battle I had bringing in a 500 pound Marlin! The fishing charter is Camelot Sport Fishing from Kona, Hawaii. Soundtracks:
- Maru by Mark Petrie
- A Knife In The Heart by Daniel Beijbom
It was an epic fight and I fought the fish with everything I had to break her spirit. I didn’t give her an inch to rest. When you do that the fight will go on for hours or you can even lose the fish. The Captain estimated it would take at least 2.5 hours to bring in this beast, but I managed to do it in about half an hour!! She was completely exhausted by the time I had her to the boat. Some people fish for Marlin their whole lives and never catch one this big, so I feel super blessed to have had this rare experience! And on my first fishing charter ever!!! Thanks for watching, I hope ya’ll enjoyed the compilation!
